Privacy Policy

Privacy is a matter of trust, and your trust is important to us. We respect your private and personal information. That is why the protection and lawful collection, processing and use of your personal information is important to us. So that you can feel safe when visiting our websites, we strictly adhere to the provisions of law when processing your personal data. We would like to provide you with some information here on the way we collect and use data.

• Collection, Use and Processing of Personal Data
We only collect personal data for processing and use if you voluntarily decide to enter the data or furnish your express consent. In cases such as these, you accept the following terms of use.

The use of our website is generally possible without collection of personal data. Insofar as personal data (such as name, address or email address) are gathered, this generally happens on a voluntary basis as far as possible. These data are not forwarded to third parties at any times without your expressed consent. We indicate that the transmission of data via Internet (e.g. the communication via email) can show security loopholes. A complete safeguard of the data against third party interception is not possible.

If you voluntarily provide us with personal data, we do not use, process or forward such data beyond the scope permitted by law or specified by you in your declaration of consent. The provisions of the German Federal Data Protection Act are observed whenever we enlist the services of third parties to perform and manage data-processing tasks.

Moreover, we forward your data only if we are required by law, or by official or court order, to do so. Transmission on the basis of Art. 6 1 f) GDPR is permissible only to the extent required for the assertion of the legitimate interests of our company, and only insofar as this assertion does not take precedence over the interests or fundamental rights and fundamental freedoms of the person concerned, which call for the protection of his or her personal data.

The use by third parties of personal data published in the context of legal notice for sending advertising and information not explicitly ordered is expressly excluded. The site operator reserves the right to take legal steps in case of unsolicited sending of advertising information, for example spam mail.

• Your Rights
Any amendments to our 'Privacy Information' are published on this page. This way, you can always inform yourself about the data we store, how we collect it and how we use it.
Of course you have the right at all times to rescind your declaration of consent, applicable to all future use and processing of personal data.
